WhimWise is a local event discovery app for San Diego. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, redistribute, or exploit event data without permission.
Event listings are curated from publicly available sources and may contain errors. Always verify event details directly with organizers before attending.
If you upload flyers or event details as an organizer, you keep ownership of them. You grant WhimWise a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content in the app and on shareable event pages. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload — don't upload images or text that belong to someone else without their permission.
If you believe content in WhimWise infringes your copyright, email whimwiseapp@gmail.com with a link or description of the content, proof of your ownership, and your contact information. We will remove infringing content promptly. Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content will be terminated.
This is a beta product. Features may change, and data may be reset. We appreciate your feedback as we improve the app.
WhimWise is provided "as is." We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the app.
